Resolution
If your product is found eligible, you can choose:
Replacement (processed within 7 days)
Repair (processed within 7 days)
Refund to your original payment method (processed within 7–14 working days)
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
Requests made after the 7-day window
Shipping
Return shipping costs for refunds or replacements due to Softenerwaale’s error will be covered by us. For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
