Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

  1. Eligibility
    Refunds, returns, or replacements apply only to:
    • Defective products or products damaged during delivery
    • Wrong products delivered
    • Cancellations before shipment

  3. Inspection & Approval
    We will inspect your case within 5 business days of receiving your request.
  4. Resolution
    If your product is found eligible, you can choose:
    • Replacement (processed within 7 days)
    • Repair (processed within 7 days)
    • Refund to your original payment method (processed within 7–14 working days)
  5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
    • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
    • Requests made after the 7-day window
  6. Shipping
    Return shipping costs for refunds or replacements due to Softenerwaale’s error will be covered by us. For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
